BRAVE RACE - a popular adventure and obstacle race that invites participants of different levels of fitness to test their physical and mental abilities on one of two tracks - 7 or 14 km. BRAVE RACE as a sports event has been taking place since 2016, bringing together young and not so young, professional athletes and sports enthusiasts, creating a positive and emotional sports atmosphere. The distance routes are different and take place in the most beautiful places in the territory of Latvia. For example, - Ogre - "Ogres Zilie kalni", Jēkabpils - Vecā Sūnu school Stadium, Pļaviņas city section/ sport center "Mežezers", Rīga - Biķernieki race track / Ethnographic Open-Air Museum, Liepāja - Beach section / Beberliņi sports and recreation base and Karosta territory.
Season 2023. will be 5 events - in 21.05. Ogre (7 and 14km) in Nature park "Ogres Zilie Kalni". In 10.06. Telšai LT (5 and10km) Zakso montain. In 22.07. Daugavpils (7 and 14km) "Ruģeļu ūdenskrātuve" and suttounding areas. in 19.08. Riga (7 and 14km) will happen in the BKSB (Biķernieku race track). In 16.09. Liepāja (7 and 14km) at the beach and surrounding areas (can change).
The distance includes overcoming various difficulties such as wooden barrier walls of various sizes and shapes, rope nets, barbed wire, car tires, icy water pool, depending on the location, the distance may also include ditches, mud pits, water tanks and other natural obstacles. . The tasks of the distance are carrying sandbags and wooden blocks, pulling stones and even memory tests, the obstacles are designed so that everyone can overcome them. You will definitely be amazed at your abilities!
